EPALINE TPU have been developed to meet the performance requirements of TPU users in extrusion and calendering processes. The EPALINE range consists of two product families with different chemical and performance characteristics, to suit every type of application sector.
Epaline 300: Polyester-based TPU
- Hardness range: from 78 Shore A to 55 Shore D
- Used in the production of hoses, tubes, profiles, belts, films and coated technical fabrics
- Wide range of FSM (Food Safe Materials) suitable for contact with food, as defined by EU and FDA regulations
Epaline 700: Polyether-based TPU
- Hardness range: from 72 Shore A to 52 Shore D
- Intrinsically resistant to hydrolysis and microbial attack
- Used in the production of cables, hoses, tubes, profiles, belts, films and coated technical fabrics
- Wide range of FSM (Food Safe Materials) suitable for contact with food, as defined by EU and FDA regulations and of FSM suitable for contact with drinking water, as defined by NSF 61 standard
